Description

Aerodesign is a student group at Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Toluca that is responsible for creating unmanned aerial vehicles for the SAE Aerodesign competition. This project involves a complete engineering process, starting from the design and 3D modeling of the aircraft including its topological, materials strength, and aerodynamic simulations, and extends to real manufacturing and electronic wiring. I served as the president of the student group during the 2023 season. I oversaw the comprehensive management of the 'Teus' project, where the aircraft 'Teus' was designed and constructed. 'Teus' competed in SAE Aerodesign Mexico 2023, completing 4 out of 6 successful flights. We achieved 6th place overall with 202 points, representing a significant improvement from the previous year. Following the competition, the recruitment and training process began.
